Varberg Timber is a family business founded in 1950 and has a turnover of around SEK 210 million.
The company produces everything from panels and floor to structural timber and treated timber.
We have one of Europe's most modern plants for pressure treatment of timber with a capacity of 150,000 m3. A fully automatic system that runs around the clock 7 days a week.
We also design and produce roof trusses and formwork for bridge structures.
The raw material in our products comes from known sawmills around Sweden where we feel safe with quality and reliability.
We have over the years continuously upgraded our production facility in the form of efficiency investments and working environment.
By the beginning of 2018, we invest SEK 10 million in a new planing line to increase our capacity.
Scandinavia and Europe are our main markets, but we also deliver to China, Japan and the United States.
Together with sister companies, Varbergs Trä, Woody Falkenberg, VillaFönster, Sunnerbo Windows & Doors and associated companies, the group has a total turnover of nearly SEK 900 million and about 425 employees.
